Role Description

This is a part-time (possibly full-time) role as a Team and/or Rec Coach at Bronco Gymnastics located in Boise, ID. As a Team or Rec Coach, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring gymnasts in various programs, including team gymnastics and recreational gymnastics. Your day-to-day tasks will include creating and implementing lesson plans, demonstrating skills, providing feedback and guidance, and ensuring a safe and positive training environment for all athletes. Pay DOE and position applied for. Benefits provided with full-time (30+ hr/wk) employment. Earn additional pay at meets (team only), private lessons, choreography, music cutting, birthday parties, etc. Sign on bonus available in some scenarios (team only).

Qualifications

• Previous experience coaching gymnastics or working with children in a sports setting
• Strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques and progressions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire athletes
• Passion for gymnastics and a commitment to the development of young athletes
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• USAG Safety Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
